1.General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all sales and services provided by GOSHININGPC PTE LTD.
1.2 By purchasing from or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services
2. Products and Services
2.1 Descriptions of products and services are provided to the best of our ability. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free or complete.
2.2 Services such as repair, installation, and diagnostics are offered based on the scope agreed upon between you and us.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in SGD and are subject to change without prior notice.
3.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase or service unless otherwise agreed.
3.3 We accept payment methods including [credit card, debit card, cash, and other accepted payment methods].
4. Orders and Cancellation
4.1 Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled unless explicitly permitted by us.
4.2 We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
4.3 Deposits made for custom-built computers, special orders, or repair services are non-refundable. By paying a deposit, you agree to these terms.
4.4 After making a deposit, you are required to complete the order within 30 days. Failure to complete the order within this period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
5. Warranty and Returns
5.1 Warranty claims are only applicable to products covered under the manufacturer's or our shop's warranty policy.
5.2 To make a warranty claim, you must provide the purchase Invoice and details of the defect.
5.3 Warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
5.4 If a product is found to be defective under warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
5.5 Warranty is void if the serial number or warranty seal is tampered with or removed.
5.6 Shipping costs for warranty claims, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
5.7 Once the warranty claim has been processed and the product has been repaired or replaced, the customer will be notified via Email/Phone
1.The customer must collect the product from the designated service center or delivery location within 15 days of receiving the notification.
2.If the customer fails to collect the product within the specified timeframe, the company reserves the right to:
1.Dispose of the product without further notice.
2.Release the company from any liability or obligation related to the product.
Note: The company will not be responsible for any loss or damages incurred as a result of the customer’s failure to collect the product within the stated period.
5.8 We are not liable for any data loss during repair. It is your responsibility to back up data .
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
6.2 Our liability is limited to the cost of the product or service in question.
7. Amendments We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website or notifying you directly.
